Returns & Refunds

At CSM Trading Company LLC / Pops Trading Company, we want customers to be satisfied with their purchases.

Because many of the items we sell are food products and consumable goods, certain restrictions apply.

Food & Grocery Products

Due to food safety regulations, food items cannot be returned 

If your product arrives: Damaged, Defective, Incorrect

please contact us within 7 days of delivery and we will work to resolve the issue.

Non-Food Items

Non-food products may be returned within 30 days of delivery if:

Unused,

In original packaging

In resalable condition

Return shipping costs may apply unless the return is due to an error on our part.

Refunds

Once a return is received and inspected, we will notify you if your refund is approved.

Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method.
